WHAT IS IT WORTH?

Is it worth $5 to you to secure our boarders, to prosecute businesses that flagrantly violate immigration laws, to lower property and income taxes, to fund education properly, demand accountability in school budgeting and educational outcome?

Is it worth $5 to you to have School Choice and additional Corporation Tuition Tax Credits?

Is it worth $5 to you to protect our Colorado River Water Rights, clean up and protect our forests, protect our neighborhoods against gang violence and guarantee our 2nd amendment rights?

Is it worth $5 to you to defeat the current Governor and put Arizona back on the track of Limited Government, Economic Freedom and Individual Liberty?

I am running a Clean Election campaign and I need your $5 Clean Election donation TODAY..

This is the reality of state elections today. I represent the only chance to defeat Governor Napolitano as indicated by the GOPUSA, Zogby and Congressional polls. But if I don't qualify for Clean Elections (I need 5,040-$5 donations to qualify) there won't be a race.

It's up to you to stand up and invest in Arizona today! If you are a supporter of my campaign, I must have your $5 and clean election form today. Please download and fill out the Clean Elections form, write a $5 check to Goldwater for Governor and mail it today.

Arizona needs a new Governor. Arizona needs to return to the conservative values of Limited Government, Economic Freedom and Individual Liberty. That won't happen unless you invest in Arizona's future today.

Arizona needs your help NOW.

Greetings!

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the illegal immigration issue.

We can either ignore the problem, amend the Constitution, change federal immigration laws to allow everyone in, and change state law to allow them access to all benefits given by the state and the federal government or..

We can abide by the Constitution of the United States and the laws that govern our land.

  • Illegal is Illegal
  • Article IV Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution states that, "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion." Three to four million illegal aliens coming across the border annually with the active support and encouragement of Vicente Fox is an illegal invasion!

As a proud Arizonan, I welcome legal immigrants and their descendents. I recognize the wonderful contributions that immigrants from around the world have brought to this state, especially Arizonans whose roots come from our neighbor to the south. However, we must distinguish between legal and illegal. Immigrants who have enough respect for our great country to abide by our established legal entry laws have traditionally – and continue – to add rich threads to the tapestry of our state and country. It is the outlaws who ignore our laws and essentially invade our land who bring with them untold problems.

A CNN poll showed 87 percent of Americans want illegal immigration stopped. A Pew poll released this week shows that illegal immigration is the number one problem in our state, yet our governor panders to them instead of keeping her Oath of Office. 5,000 to 10,000 illegal aliens enter the U.S. every night, 3 to 4 million illegally invade the United States every year – over half of that total entering through Arizona!

Today, conditions are worse than they ever have been on the border. To go even further, the “border” problems have now spread statewide, indeed, nationwide. We are now undergoing a massive invasion that as shown by the demonstrations across America. This problem is escalating on a daily basis and is being elevated to dangerous levels. In southern Arizona, illegal aliens are running through back yards, breaking down fences, slaughtering cattle, and terrifying people. Latino organizations are inflaming the passions of anti-american sentiments by demanding that Arizona be folded into Mexico.

Adding insult to injury, the law breakers now DEMAND free schooling, free housing, free medical coverage, food stamps, social security benefits, citizenship for anchor babies, subsidized home mortgages and American jobs. They DEMAND we speak their language, that we change our schools to teach them in their language. To compound those problems, they then bring the multiple scourges of serious health issues, drug trafficking, gangs, and a total disrespect for our values!

A closer look unveils other, even more threatening, aspects of the problem. Our illegal-alien crisis, the war on drugs and the global war on terror are linked. Arizonans know only too well the pain and problems of living and working on the front line of our border with Mexico.

WE are a Nation of Laws and The Rule of Law must be upheld. The very survival of this Great Nation Depends on it. Enough is Enough!!!!

I have outlined a comprehensive plan to stop the insanity of some cities providing sanctuary for lawbreakers, while we are trying enforce the Law, secure the border, sanction law breaking employers, and implement statewide policies to eliminate the provision of benefits to those who have violated our laws. If an illegal alien is an undocumented worker, then an armed robber is an undocumented shopper.

Arizonans want our borders secure, our immigration laws enforced and those who hire illegal aliens to be held liable for the economic and social costs of breaking our laws. Arizonans have clearly demonstrated their position on this basic problem and are to be commended for passing Proposition 200. I am amazed that the current governor and attorney general are actually filing lawsuits to prevent the implementation of the will of the people they have sworn an Oath of Office to serve. The Governor and Attorney General of Arizona must set the standards for lawful behavior. When I and Bill Montgomery are installed in those positions of trust, we will restore the principles of law and order to our state government. We pledge to serve and protect the legal residents of this great state in a way they have a right to expect.

Failure to secure our borders means that we will continue to lose the war on drugs and another generation of Americans will be slaves to those drugs. It also means the crushing burden of our failed immigration and homeland security policies will continue to fall exclusively on the shoulders of working men and women. Illegal aliens and those who employ them cost the nation tens of billions of dollars in social services, principally in health care and education, and depress wages for Arizonans by billions every year.

South of our border is a corrupt and ineffective government run by President Vicente Fox, who has an incentive to not control the flow of drugs being shipped from Mexico into the United States and a strong incentive to continue the exportation of illegal aliens into this country. Reliable sources this year have determined that remittances back to Mexico from the estimated 20 million Mexican citizens living in the United States, most of them illegally, is close to surpassing oil as Mexico's No. 1 source of foreign revenue.

Reform begins with the truth. And our elected officials must begin to recognize the reality that a war on terror and war on drugs can be won only by securing our borders and that any reform of our immigration policies must begin first at the front line of the crisis: our border with Mexico.

My name is Don Goldwater and, as your governor, I am ready and able to use the resources and authority of that office to restore order to our streets. I will use the full capability of the Arizona National Guard, the Department of Public Safety, the Arizona Department of Homeland Security, the Minutemen the Yuma Rangers and, if necessary, reauthorize the Arizona Rangers as a citizen militia. Our society as we know it is under attack and we must use all possible methods to preserve our way of life. I pledge that type of commitment.

Thank you for your time and attention. In order for me to serve you as governor, I need your contribution of $5.00 with the Clean Election Form completed. To download a $5.00 form, go to www.goldwaterforgovernor.org. I give you my oath now that I will not rest until the peace and tranquility that is being ripped from us by illegal immigration is restored to every city, every town, and every rural community in Arizona.

God bless you, God bless America, and God bless Arizona.
